Drop-Ins

Check with instructor for availability.
Drop-in fee will be $10.00 per class and will depend on availability.

Make-Up Classes

If a student is absent from a class, for whatever reason, a make-up class may be scheduled with the instructor for a later date by attending another class. All make-up classes must be used during a regularly scheduled class time and will be based on availability.  Please note that some classes are at capacity and cannot be used for make-up purposes.  Make up classes are considered under a “use it or lose it” policy, and must be made up within one month of the missed class.  It is the responsibility of the student to make all arrangements with the instructor prior to dropping in on a scheduled class.
- Note:  As Tuition has already been paid for the missed class, no fee will be incurred for a make-up class.

School/Bank Holidays and Studio Closures- The studio will be closed on all banking holidays as well as 3-4 day weekend school closures.  In the event that a holiday lands on a class day,  the dancer has the option to schedule a make-up class, if desired.  The studio will remain open on half days and teacher in-service days.

Costume and Recital Fees

Costumes must be pre-paid before order is placed.  In the event that there is no pre- payment, there will be no costume order placed.  (Each dancer must be in costume to perform).

Recital fees may be incurred prior to a studio performance for facility use, if needed.

Tuition Guarantee

There will be no pro-rating of classes.  If a student is coming into class mid-month, it is their responsibility to make-up missed classes within the following month.  Once tuition is paid, a student’s spot is guaranteed to be held through the end of the month, or until dropped.  In the event of the class becoming full, this hold will bar other hopeful students from joining the class.  So, regardless of the number of classes a student is available to attend, tuition must be paid in full in order to confirm their continued enrollment.

Payment and Late Fees

Tuition payments are due in full on the first day of each month.  All payments are considered late after this date and will incur a late fee of $10.00.

  • If tuition has not been paid after the 8th day of the month, a suspension of classes may be necessary until paid in full.
  • An additional $10.00 late fee will be incurred each additional month for accounts not paid in full.
